Most of our products come from Japan and are imported by us. We visit the country several times a year to maintain good contact with the producer.

Every delivery comes with a tracking code that you can use to track the progress of your order. This tracking code will be sent to you by email when your order is shipped.

Yes, provided the items are in their original condition and all labels are still present, you can return them within 14 days of delivery.

If you would like to return an item, please use the link to the free return label. (Only within Germany) Place the item in the package in its original packaging, enclose the return slip and stick the return sticker on the sealed package. Then all you have to do is drop off the package at the nearest DHL branch or to the delivery person.

This instruction is not mandatory, but it will save you and us time and effort. This does not limit your right of withdrawal.

The postage for returns within Germany is free of charge if you process your return through us and use the return label provided.

The postage for returns from abroad depends on the respective country and parcel service. Please contact the parcel service and make sure that the package is sent to us insured.

You can hand in your return at all DHL branches and DHL packing stations.

As soon as the return has arrived and been checked, the invoice amount will be reimbursed via the payment method you chose when ordering. It can take up to 14 days to process your return.

Unfortunately, a direct exchange of a returned item is not possible. As soon as the returned item has arrived and been checked, the credit will be issued. Regardless, you can simply order the item again at any time.
