US Navy Pea Coat Long Navy

The pea coat, introduced in the 1910s for the US Navy, consisted of a hip-length and a knee-length type. Both versions are made of dense, 36oz Melton Wool and have anchor buttons with 13 engraved stars representing the seal of the United States. However, there are differences in the details: In contrast to the hip-length model, the knee-length type "BR14146 US Navy Pea Coat Long" has two more pockets with flaps and is lined with wool instead of viscose.
