This model from Buzz Rickson's comes in the ingenious "Gold Tiger Stripe" pattern, probably the most distinctive and one of the rarest camouflage patterns, originally developed for the South Vietnamese armed forces. Although it was never an official part of the US Army uniform, it was made available to the US special forces that were sent to Vietnam in the 1960s. Local tailors made the uniforms based on the original uniforms. The "BR15515 Tiger L-2B Civilian Model" jacket is based on an original piece from that time.
