The "IHSH-374-IND 14oz Double Cloth Work Shirt" by IRON HEART is made from Japanese 14oz Double Cloth. Making double cloth is a complicated process in which two separate sets of warp and weft threads are woven on the same loom to create a fabric with two different surfaces. The result is a durable but soft fabric with a distinct structure in rich rope-dyed indigo.
Rope dyeing is considered the best method for dyeing indigo. The short dyeing time prevents the indigo from completely penetrating the fiber and guarantees a quick and better yarn.
