The classic Western shirt "IHSH-411-BLK" from IRON HEART is for those who appreciate the look and quality of Ultra Heavy Flannels (UHF) but are looking for something lighter for warmer days: The 9oz Selvedge Unbrushed Flannels offer just that – classic IRON HEART aesthetics in a lighter version.
The fabric is created through a slow weaving process that gives it additional structure and substance. The deepest shades are dyed with indigo, while the lighter shades are given extra depth through sulfur dyeing, developing a natural patina over time.
There are only four traditional shuttle looms in all of Japan capable of producing this sophisticated pattern—the weft thread is replaced during weaving. This makes the SS25 flannels among the most exclusive and remarkable Japanese flannel shirts of the season.
