The "IHSH-413-IND" Western Shirt by IRON HEART combines Japanese weaving with classic Western aesthetics. Crafted from a 5oz lightweight selvedge dobby fabric, the slow, loose shuttle weaving creates an airy structure with a striking, three-dimensional waffle texture. The dobby weaving technique originated in the 19th century and is still practiced today using traditional methods.
Typical Western elements such as a curved shoulder yoke, snap fasteners and the slightly tailored silhouette give the shirt its authentic look.
The indigo-dyed fabric develops a unique patina over time – a lightweight shirt with a striking structure and lived authenticity.
