The "Lot 4601 Round Neck T-Shirt" is a basic piece of a special kind. The special jersey is made on rare circular knitting machines from the 1920s to the 1960s in Wakayama, Japan. Cotton yarns of different thicknesses are woven under low tension into a loose, jersey with a rich structure. Today there are only about 400 looms of this type left.
