The M-43 Service Boot is John Lofgren's interpretation of the original US Army Service Boot from 1943. The Munson last was patented in 1912 by Edward Munson, a US Army doctor. Dr. Munson perfected his last after examining the feet of more than two thousand soldiers.
It is made of "Natural Horween CXL leather" and is handcrafted in Japan with a lot of passion. The craftsmanship that goes into this service boot can be felt the first time you wear it. Over time, the leather develops a beautiful patina and makes the service boot truly unique!
