Service Boot 1035 Vachetta Lucide Horsebutt Black

The Service Boot® is the cornerstone of VIBERG. In the 1930s, Edwin Viberg set out to develop what he believed to be the most robust and best-made boot for farm and meadow workers.

The frame and sole are connected to the upper leather using a complex frame sewing technique, making the boot extremely durable and at the same time flexible and comfortable.

Made from the robust Vachetta Lucida Horsebutt leather from the Maryam tannery in Italy. A special process in which the leather is dipped in barrels of oil and fat makes the thick and robust leather softer and easier to shape. During the finishing process, the hides are ironed and milled with a wool cloth, which creates a subtle shine and leaves the natural grain visible.

Built on Viberg's 1035 last, the boot offers more space and a better fit.
