The "SS-2217 Double Gauze Check Short Sleeve Shirt" by Pure Blue Japan, made in Japan, is made of a soft double gauze cotton fabric that has a special feature that is not apparent at first glance. Here, two different gauze fabrics are interwoven at certain points so that the outer layer of fabric has a different check pattern than the inner layer.

The asymmetrical chest pockets are inspired by American vintage workwear.
